January 2004 marks the last issue of User Friendly that will be published in hard copy and delivered to your door. As a cost savings initiative, all future issues of the newsletter which will be published bi-monthly and delivered electronically. Starting January 2007, newsletters will be delivered to paid members as an e-mail attachment and downloads and passwords will no longer be required.
